Many people suffer from feelings of anxiety or are simply overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life. In this evening talk Kadam Lucy will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha’s teachings that will help us to let go of our stress and anxiety and deal with our negative emotions more confidently and effectively. Everybody is welcome – no need for any previous experience of meditation.

KADAM LUCY JAMES
Kadam Lucy is the Resident Teacher of KMC Colorado, has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco, and helped set up many thriving meditation centres in the past 34 years. For many years, one of her main jobs was to help with the editing and production of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, and she has engaged in extensive meditation retreat.
Kadam Lucy is appreciated for her deep experience, clear mind, and inspiring yet practical presentation of Buddha’s teachings and meditations. She joyfully shows how to make these teachings immediately effective in our busy modern lives.
