Long Life, Good Fortune and Wisdom

South African National Festival

Friday 17 May  – Sunday 19 May
Tushita Kadampa Meditation Centre, 47 Trill Road, Observatory

Amitayus is the Buddha of long life, merit and wisdom. Through receiving the empowerment and engaging in the practice of Buddha Amitayus, we can develop these qualities and eventually attain the deathless state of enlightenment. The Yoga of Buddha Amitayus is also a special method for increasing the positive power of our mind, helping us to find pure peace and happiness.

Over this special national weekend event, with International Teacher, Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang, we will discover how we can overcome our faults and limitations and become a source of peace and happiness for all living beings, through identifying with our pure potential, and we will prepare our minds to receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Amitayus.

Everybody is welcome.

The venue is the beautiful Tushita Kadampa Meditation Centre, a Buddhist Temple in the heart of Observatory, Cape Town.
